By requesting a quote, scheduling service, using our website, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Toney’s Lawn Care provides lawn care and related outdoor services in Northwest Arkansas. Services may include lawn treatment, weed control, fertilization, landscape-related services, seasonal lawn care, and related customer support.
Service availability, timing, pricing, and scope may vary based on location, lawn condition, weather, season, and customer needs. Quotes and service recommendations are provided based on the information available at the time.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service addresses, access instructions, and relevant property details. Customers should notify Toney’s Lawn Care of any hazards, locked gates, pets, irrigation concerns, or other conditions that may affect service.
Payment
Payment terms, pricing, invoices, and accepted payment methods may be provided in quotes, invoices, service agreements, or other communications. Customers are responsible for paying for authorized services.
Communications and Text Messaging
Toney’s Lawn Care may contact customers and prospective customers by phone, email, or text message for service-related and business purposes. Messages may include quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, service notifications, customer support, invoices, payment reminders, and occasional promotional or seasonal service information.
Message frequency may vary depending on your inquiry, scheduled services, and account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
